Northern Europe does consist Nordic and Baltic Countries. Iceland, Greenland, Faroe Islands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Aland Islands and Finland are Nordic Countries. Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are Baltic Countries. Capital cities of the countries are Reykjavik, Nuuk, Torshavn, Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, Marienhamn, Helsinki, Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. Sapmi, Karelia and Svalbard are also part of Northern Europe.
There are over 30 million people living in Northern Europe. Northern Europe is great place to live in, be in and visit in! Winters are long and cold, but summers are short and warm. We do have all four seasons in here. We do have forests, lakes, seas, rivers, swamps, islands and little mountains in here. We also do have bears, wolfs, swans, mallards, squirrels, seals and a lot of more species of the north. The Baltic Sea are part of Northern Europe.
All the countries of Northern Europe does participate in Eurovision Song Contest every year. Famous names in the music scene are for example ABBA, Ace of Base, Nightwish, A-ha, Aqua, Björk, Roxette and Avicii. Winter sports are very popular in here, but also soccer is and other ball games aswell. A lot of books, arts, movies and serieses are been made in here all the time. You can northern lights and rainbows in here!

Pohjois-Eurooppa muodostuu Pohjoismaista sekä Baltian Maista. Islanti, Grönlanti, Färsaaret, Tanska, Norja, Ruotsi, Ahvenanmaa ja Suomi ovat Pohjoismaat. Viro, Latvia sekä Liettua ovat Baltian Maat. Pääkaupungit ovat Reykjavik, Nuuk, Torshavn, Kööpenhamina, Oslo, Tukholma, Maarianhamina, Helsinki, Tallinna, Riika sekä Vilna. Saamenmaa, Karjala sekä Svalbard ovat myös osa Pohjois-Eurooppaa.
Yli 30 miljoonaa ihmistä elää Pohjois-Euroopassa. Pohjois-Eurooppa on loistava paikka elää, asua ja vieraille! Talvet ovat pitkiä ja kylmiä, mutta kesät lyhyitä ja lämpöisiä. Meillä on kaikki neljä vuodenaikaa täällä. Meillä on täällä metsiä, järviä, meriä, jokia, soita, saaria sekä pieniä vuoria. Meillä on täällä myös karhuja, susia, joutsenia, sinisorsia, oravia, hylkeitä ja paljon muita pohjoisia lajeja. Itämeri on Pohjois-Eurooppaa.
Kaikki Pohjois-Euroopan maat osallistuvat joka vuosi Eurovision Laulukilpailuun. Tunnetuja nimiä musiikki maailmassa ovat mm. ABBA, Ace of Base, Nightwish, A-ha, Aqua, Björk, Roxette and Avicii.
